Eligible for Refund
Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:
Payment Made but Service Not Initiated If your payment was successful but our team has not started processing your request within 24 hours.
Duplicate Payment If you accidentally made the same payment twice for the same service.
Incorrect Deduction If your account is debited without successful order placement.
Not Eligible for Refund
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
Work Already Initiated or Completed Once the service has been started or delivered (like form submission, ID printing, or online application), refund is not possible.
Incorrect Information Provided by Customer If wrong or incomplete details were given by the customer during form filling or service request.
Delayed Service Due to Government Server or External Reasons We are not responsible for delays caused by external systems like government websites or portals.
